100% Human-Created: All music, recordings, and "Light Painting" visual art featured on this site are 100% human-created original works by Muzicianist
No AI Usage: We explicitly do not use Artificial Intelligence in the composition of our music or the creation of our visual art
Restrictions on Use: All content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
AI Training Prohibition: Explicit permission is NOT granted for any content on this website (including audio, images, and video) to be used for the training of Artificial Intelligence models or machine learning algorithms without a separate, written commercial licensing agreement
2. Online Store Policies
Digital Music: All digital music downloads, including 432Hz instrumental rock tracks and guitar tabs, are non-refundable once the purchase is complete
Physical Prints: We want you to be satisfied with your light painting art. If your print arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, we offer a 30-day exchange policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange an exchange for a product of equal value
Personal Use Only: The purchase of prints or digital music does not transfer copyright. You may not resell, redistribute, or use these works for commercial purposes
